HIGH-FLOW POLYPROPYLENE FILTER HOUSINGS
Model BH010 & BH020

Envirogard’s BH filter housings are designed for higher water flow applications, up to 40 US GPM. They are made from 100% food grade PP, and feature a unique double-“O” ring seal that prevents leakage even under stressful and variable conditions. Pressure relief valves are standard on all models. Filter Wrench is included and mounting bracket and mounting screws are optional. Filter cartridge not included. Tested & certified by CSA to CSA B483.1 & NSF/ANSI 61.

 III) PLEATED Cartridges – 1 micron absolute - "CR" Series

Commercial water systems that take water from a surface water source such as a lake, river, stream, pond etc or from a well that is deemed to be under the influence of surface water (GWUDI system), regulation generally require that a 1 micron absolute filter be installed to physically remove protozoan cysts such as cryptosporidium & Giardia. Envirogard’s “CR” series pleated cartridges are 1µ (micron) absolute filter cartridges that are tested and certified to NSF (std 61) and test results conducted by independent lab show a > 99.9% reduction of Cryptosporidium & Giardia Cysts.

CR series filter cartridges are available in 10" & 20" length and diameters of 2.5" and 4.5"

STAINLESS STEEL FILTER HOUSINGS
ESS SERIES

Envirogard’s SS filter housings are designed for high-flow applications where reduction of sediment, rust, fine particulate matter is required. The SS housings offer broad fluid compatibility and low pressure drops.

Features

• 100% stainless steel for durability.
• Convenient band clamp lid closure is standard for easy cartridge replacement.
• Pipe fittings are readily accessible for easy installation.
• Adjustable top plate accepts variable length cartridges for more options.
• Two drains provided for clean and dirty fluids.
• Legs and mounting tabs are available.
• Knife-edge seals provided at both ends of all DOE cartridges for superior performance.
• Rated for temperatures to 250° F. (No plastic holding rods.)
• Pressure rating to 150 psi. Housings for pressures to 300 psi are available.
• Optional sanitary connections.
• Protective poly-coat over stainless steel standard finish

Envirogard’s “SWH” series hot water filter cartridges are made from polypropylene media with a string wound design and stainless steel core.

SPUN POLYPROPYLENE FILTER CARTRIDGES
SP Series
All Polypropylene filter cartridges, 2.5” diameter, for use with cold water only. Multiple lengths (10" to 40") and micron ratings (1 micron to 50 micron) available.
